CO2 Cylinder Exchange Program

General Information

Drinkmate 60L CO2 Cylinders are for use in the Drinkmate OmniFizz and other sparkling water makers that use the Australian style threaded 60L cylinder (SodaStream Blue Packaging).

Sales of CO2 cylinders from our online store are supplied in a box with a return label and a gift voucher is emailed to the customer when they return the empty cylniders to offset the cost of buying new replacement cylinders.

We arrange the return freight and it doesn't cost you a cent. The gift voucher amount will vary depending on how many cylniders are returned. It's best to return 4 - which is a full box. Gift Voucher amounts are below:

One or Two 60L cylinders shipped in one box = $0 gift voucher
Three 60L cylinders shipped in one box = $25 gift voucher
Four 60L cylinders shipped in one box = $40 gift voucher

Gift vouchers are emailed after empty cylinders are returned. Damaged or unusable cylinders will not be accepted.

Return Process

To further enhance your experience, we encourage you to retain the box in which your cylinders were sent. By doing so, you can return four empty cylinders for a credit towards your next purchase. This offer is also applicable to Soda Stream and Soda King Australian style threaded cylinders.

Please follow these steps for the return process:

Place the empty cylinders in the box, ensuring the cap is on to protect the threads.
Seal the box securely and write your email address on the shipping return label as a secondary means of verifying who the return is from.
Confirm that the return label to Drinkmate Australia is intact and the safety data sheet is still affixed to the box.
Email Drinkmate Australia on info@drinkmate-aus.com.au to notify us that the shipment is ready for pickup, including any specific pickup instructions (e.g., "Package is behind plant on porch").
Wait approximately 10 days for the courier to pick up the package, deliver it to us, and for Drinkmate to email you a gift voucher.
Use the gift voucher towards the purchase of your next pack of CO2 cylinders.
