Drinkmate OmniFizz Warranty Information

This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase for personal use, or one (1) year from the date of original purchase for commercial use. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or any component found to be defective, at our option. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim, and Drinkmate is not responsible to provide return packaging. If it is deemed your product is eligible for a warranty claim, Drinkmate will cover shipping costs associated with shipping a replacement/ returning the defective item. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar one of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover PET bottles, used CO2, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the provided directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for these instances. This warranty may be voided if the product is used with unauthorized accessories. We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.  This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of another warranty or condition.

Drinkmate Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or update rates on any product, service, or exchange coupon at any time. 


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, unless it is defective. A defective product would fall under our two year factory warranty. 

To be eligible for a return for refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the documents included. Otherwise, a deduction plus merchant restocking fee may be applied.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of used CO2 gas cylinders, used fizz infusers, or used PET bottles. This return policy is not applicable for instances such as- but not limited to ordering the wrong colour, size, flavour, or style. If the item is still unopened and in new condition, Drinkmate is willing to make this exchange (within 30 days or purchase), but you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component to you. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or purchase number so we can track it from our system. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before getting our approval.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
(i) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (ii) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase. (iii) we will apply a restocking fee to items sold more than 30 days ago.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are only responsible to replace items if they are defective or damaged.

For exchanges due to product defects, we cover the return shipping and related fees.

For exchanges other than for a product defect (i.e.- ordered wrong size, colour, etc.), you are responsible for costs associated with returning the unopened product/ shipping a replacement.

If you were provided the gift and were not the original purchaser, please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
